We stuck to inclusive attractions that can be enjoyed by singlets and couples, as well as friend and family groups. That way, everyone can benefit from this list of things to do in Jamaica.<\/p>\n

Dunn\u2019s River Falls and Park in Ocho Rios<\/h2>\n
Lush tropical vegetation shades this picturesque, natural staircase waterfall. Each terraced step provides a large landing and the falls receive thousands of visitors every year who want to climb.<\/p>\n
Go it alone or go with a tour guide who can help take photos and video of your experience with the stunning falls and landscape as your backdrop.<\/p>\n
Historically, Dunn\u2019s River Falls is remembered as the site of the Battle of Las Chorreras in 1657, but it\u2019s also known for its unique ability to regenerate itself with deposits from the water, instead of being eroded away.<\/p>\n

Dolphin Cove<\/h2>\n
Imagine being in the water with happy, playful dolphins all around. Dolphin Cove offers the chance to see natural wonders that you and your family will remember for a lifetime. You can ride a donkey, pet stingrays, or walk to Jungle Trail for a look at some of Jamaica\u2019s natural wildlife.<\/p>\n

Doctor\u2019s Cave Beach<\/h2>\n
Doctor\u2019s Cave Beach got its name from Doctor Alexander McCatty, who used to use this formerly private beach with his friends, who were also doctors.<\/p>\n
This group of medical professionals would enter the beach through a cave, thus it was known as Doctor\u2019s Cave Beach.<\/p>\n
Though the cave was destroyed by a hurricane, the small beach remains one of the best in Jamaica.<\/p>\n

Dr. McCatty donated his beach property to found the Doctor\u2019s Cave Beach Bathing Club in Montego Bay in 1906. Since then, prompted by the writings of Sir Herbert Barker, osteopath, many people have come to try the curative waters of this particular beach, which stay between about 78\u00b0 F and 84\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n
Turtle River Falls and Gardens<\/h2>\n
Turtle River Falls and Gardens is a better-kept secret than many of the other attractions in Jamaica, but it\u2019s definitely one of the best locations you could visit.<\/p>\n
As you navigate this paradise, you\u2019ll be shaded by a canopy of tropical trees and vegetation. Climb the falls, stop to play with exotic parrots, or feed vibrant tropical fish.<\/p>\n
For now, at least, Turtle River Falls and Gardens isn\u2019t overrun with tourism, which keeps the cost of admission, the guide, and the photos way down. Anyone who\u2019s coming to Jamaica should make time to visit Turtle River Falls and experience the beauty and serenity yourself.<\/p>\n
The Blue Hole<\/h2>\n
Even if you\u2019ve never been to Jamaica, you might have heard of the \u201cCool Blue Hole\u201d. It isn\u2019t listed by the Jamaican Tourist Board, so there isn\u2019t an insane number of tourists. With no vendors and no lines, you can have a once-in-a-lifetime experience with your family here, in a setting right out of a movie.<\/p>\n
Conveniently located in Ocho Rios, the Cool Blue Hole offers endless opportunities for climbing falls, swimming in lagoons, rope swinging, hiking and even slipping through a 2-ft wide hole to find yourself behind another waterfall.<\/p>\n
